2 – 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (I use a little more than this)
1/2 cup chopped onion 1 stick butter 1 pint sour cream
1 large can of artichoke hearts, quartered 10 slices of bacon cooked & crumbled
Microwave/cook spinach. Squeeze dry in a piece of cheesecloth. Sauté onion in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle top with extra parmesan. Bake in 350° F oven 35 – 45 minutes, until bubbly hot. I usually double this recipe for a large gathering. Yum.
